Kerajaan Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur
Pahang State Secretary's Office in collaboration with the Bureau of Public Complaints (BPA), from the Prime Minister's Department has officially adopted the Pahang State Government's Office of Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA) to replace the previous system (SPADU) on April 1, 2017. Any complaints can be filed directly through this channel.
